Cancellation insurance

During registration, each participant has the option to purchase Cancellation Insurance for €7.50.
This option allows you to cancel your registration free of charge and offers more flexible modification terms than standard registration.

If you purchase Cancellation Insurance:

• 100% refund, no justification required, for withdrawals made until the Monday preceding the event (11:59 PM).
• Registration transfer to another participant is possible at no extra cost until the day before the event.
• No deferral to the following year’s edition is possible, regardless of the reason.

If the participant does not purchase Cancellation Insurance:

• No refund will be granted in the event of withdrawal.
• Registration transfer is possible for a €10 fee until the day before the event.
• No deferral to the following year’s edition is permitted.

• Any request for cancellation or transfer must be sent by email to the organizers.
• The deadlines mentioned above are strict and apply to the local time of the event.
• The Cancellation Insurance fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
